Breast Cancer Awareness month is less then a month away and the Lakewood Firefighters are doing their part to help support the cause.
From now through October Lakewood firefighters will be selling Lakewood Fire Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirts to help raise money for those that have been affected by this disease.
We are teaming up with the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation, a local charity that directly helps families in need. www.josettememorial.org
Fox 8 news reporter Enrique Correa paid a visit to Lakewood Fire Station 1 to get a first hand account of one of our own members who have been directly affected by breast cancer. We are truly honored to be able to support one of our own members and the breast cancer community as a whole. Please view the story below.
T-shirts are $20 and can be purchased on our website: Click Here to purchase. All proceeds will go to benefit the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation.
A BIG THANK YOU in advance to everyone that is able to support this great cause.
